Saturdays at the library

A Saturday at my library goes something like this…

Get everything ready (lock study room doors, check reservations for study rooms for the day, “fluff” the lease/new book section) the wait for the manager to open the door.

Get as much work as possible done in the morning because the rest of the day will be spent at the ref desk.  This morning it was packing up lease books to send back to B&T.

While at the desk the day goes like this…

Not busy (I get to catch up on my RSS feeds) then…

BUSY for about 2 hours…

then it slacks off…

BUSY again until I get to go home.
