Yesterday I saw this post on twitter and was intrigued.
So…I went on over to www.jamendo.com to check it out.
Well! This is a VERY interesting site! It is FULL of free music you can download and there is a lot of it! Look here to see how they do it.
After spending some time on it tonight I think I may be in love. There aren’t any big name artists that I’ve found yet but (to me) that makes this site better. I’ve never been one to really care about popular music so the chance to discover new artists is exciting! The diversity of music and musicians is world wide. (They have a little flag that lets you know where the musician is from…very cool). I am sure I’ll be spending loads of time here. I’m looking forward to discovering loads of new music!
